"The villa needs a serious Update. There was no decent reliable wi-fi, ended up using data during the while stay. There was no basic “just arrived” things like soap, toilet paper, shower gel etc. no microwave, which made eating a bit tricky. No dishwasher which added extra work. The furniture is very old and outdated. The toilets has not seen an update for the last 20-25 years. House has not been updated in the last 30-35 years. "Pros: Das Haus liegt nur ca. 200m vom Strand entfernt. Zwischen den Bäumen kann man das Meer sehen. Nette Veranda und Pool in der Ferienhausanlage (Achtung Öffnungszeiten). Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber. Autoparkplatz in der Anlage. Cons: Die Möbel sind alle schon älter und abgenutzt. Die Küchenausstattung nicht ganz vollsträndig für 4 Personen. "Pros: Das Motorrad konnte gut und sicher auf dem Grundstück stehen. Auch die Auffahrt war sehr gut für's Motorrad. Cons: Abends tlw. sehr laut durch Hundebellen (gefühlte 20 Tiere!!) + Hähne, die zu jeder Tageszeit, also auch z. B. um 23.30Uhr oder 3.20Uhr krähten. Das Bellen dauerte zwar nicht lange (gefühlte 2- 4 Minuten), trat aber immer bei Fußgängern auf und dass mehrfach in der Nacht, auch spät abends oder sehr früh morgens."

"Very well maintained and looked after village. Perfect for family and kids as there were activities and music for kids every day. The beach access was very easy with free train shuttles that take you up and down the village with ease. Swimming pool was great. Staff were brilliant. Only improvements I would add would be a better food variety. Also to keep note, you have to pay for the sun beds on the beach and also some of the rooms don’t have WIFI, I would recommend you check with them before arriving. Otherwise it was a good family stay."

"Beautiful hotel with a private beach. The staff were exceptional and eager to ensure we had the best stay possible. The included breakfast was over the top with options and was exceptional. They had a lovely turn down service and many poolside amenities. We didn't partake in the spa, but the options looked awesome. The beach had reserved beds with umbrellas that were free, but we visited in the off season so i'm not sure if that varies. Villasimius offers a very cute beach town with restaurants and shopping just a few miles away. Overall, the hotel was excellent. My only critiques are that the room smelled of cigarette smoke, and the mattress was very firm. Both are very typical of European hotels, but nice to know ahead of time. Overall, would definitely return!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful — very spacious, full of greenery and flowers, and everything was impeccably clean. Both pools were spotless and very well maintained. There is a lovely path to the beach, only about a 100-meter walk, very pleasant and relaxing. For anyone who prefers not to walk, the hotel also provides electric carts to take you there. At the beach, umbrellas and sun loungers were already waiting for us, which made the experience even better. What truly made this place special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely caring. Always smiling, always attentive, and every day they checked in to see if we needed anything. What touched us the most was that they somehow found out it was my birthday without me mentioning it, and they surprised me with a handwritten card and a small gift. Such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended, and we would gladly come back."

The room/suite was very spacious, clean, and had a small fridge/mini-bar as well as an electric tea kettle.
