The Space:

Hummingbird Hollow is a cozy cabin with a lofted sleeping area, generous outdoor space, and thoughtful amenities for both relaxation and adventure.

- Main bedroom with queen bed

- Loft with one queen bed + two XL twin beds

- Living room with sofa, smart TV, board games, and speaker

- Full kitchen with dishwasher, electric stovetop/oven, microwave, Keurig + drip coffee maker (filters provided)

- Dining table for four

- One full bathroom with stand-up shower

- Hangboard for climbing training



Exterior

- Large deck with propane grill and outdoor seating for four

- Natural rock formations surrounding the property

- Fire pit with Adirondack chairs

- Covered front porch

- Ample parking for up to four vehicles

- There is a washer and dryer for guest use, but it is accessed by walking outside and then below the cabin in the laundry room.



Guest Access:

This cabin is located in the Peaceful Valley neighborhood with a few other cabins, but feels very private. Guests will have a full access to the cabin and private parking.

Other Things to Note:

RRG Getaways supplies a starter amount of the following: hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dish pods, laundry pods, and basic cleaning supplies. Any additional items needed will be the guest's responsibility to supply. We do NOT supply anything considered perishable or consumable, which includes but is not limited to salt, pepper, oil, and the like.



- There is NO cell service at this cabin, but there is Starlink WiFi.

- There is one nest camera outside facing entrance and parking area.

- This cabin utilizes city water and is safe for washing and cooking. Guests should bring their own drinking water.

- There is a propane grill, we will provide the propane.

- Guests are asked to provide their own firewood for the firepit.

- Pets are strictly not allowed at this cabin and will result in a $200 violation fee.

- There is a drip coffee maker and keurig. We will provide filters but guests are asked to bring their own coffee.

- 4x4 will be useful to reach this cabin. Guests will need to drive approximately 2 miles down a gravel road that is steep in some sections. There is no cell service along this road so guests will need to save the written directions prior to arrival. Our written directions will be in the cabin guide we share directly after booking.
