O hotel é muito aconchegante, os funcionários extremamente educados e atenciosos. O café da manhã é servido com muito cuidado e zelo. O dono do local responde rápido quando solicitado, além de enviar links dos locais de interesse da região (achei muito legal isso). Além de tudo isso, a Van do hotel nossa levou na igreja para a missa e nos buscou quando solicitado, isso foi sem comentários de tão maravilhoso. Muito grata a todos do hotel, não apenas ao proprietário, mas a toda a equipe que faz acontecer!

Olha minha experiência foi péssima, nem me parece um hotel. Logo na chegada a recepção mais parece um boteco mesmo, sem falar que não senti segurança nenhuma,em frente ao portão estacionamento várias pessoas estranhas e o portão todo aberto. Optamos em não ficar no mesmo. E o pessoal que nos deu retorno quanto a diária foi sem educação. Não obtive reembolso. Mas certamente não indico e nem voltarei. Eu não sei qual o critério de avaliações que esse hotel obteve. Pois não condiz com a mesma. Péssima experiência

Hotel bom, café ruim.

De um modo geral, o hotel é bom, sem luxo, mas confortável. O quarto é bem pequeno. Achei que o café da manhã deveria ser do tipo "self service", com mais liberdade para escolher o que deseja comer. Trouxeram coisas que não como no café. Devolvi quase tudo. Achei um desperdício. Não me foi perguntado o que eu queria. Não existe uma área grande com diversas opções. Até agora não sei quem é o gerente ou proprietário pois não fiz o check in tradicional (não me pediram documento algum) e na saída TB me apresentaram ninguém como gerente.

Hotel simples, apartamento simples, toalhas de banho meio encardidas, bons lençóis... O grande diferencial está na atenção do proprietário, que não poupou esforços em atender minhas solicitações. Eu tenho restrições a glúten e ele gentilmente encomendou pães e bolos da melhor marca alemã, Schar. O café da manhã é um show a parte. Servido individualmente, contou com ovos, futas fresquissimas, iogurtes, além dos referidos produtos sem glúten e também o tradicional pão de queijo. Certamente a atenção do proprietário e o serviço do café da manhã ganham as duas mais estrelas que faltaram na minha descrição. Certamente voltaria a este hotel!

Em relação ao quarto ótimo, cama confortável e banheiro limpo, o que fico a desejar foi o chuveiro que não saia água direito( manutenção e limpeza). O cafe da manhã ruim, servidos na mesa fora do quarto, péssimo. Mas tenho que enaltecer a questão do atendimento e atenção dos funcionais, educados e cordiais. Oferecem água para viagem. (brinde).
