Os funcionários super atenciosos, café da manha de otima qualidade com frutas frescas e bem selecionadas, quarto amplo, cama king super confortável, o único desconforto foi ficar no andar bem inferior (-7)tendo que pegar dois elevadores para acessá-lo......depois de algumas horas a gente acostuma.

Tivemos uma grande decepção, pois, não era exatamente o quarto que escolhemos ou pelo menos o divulgado pelo aplicativo! A varanda estava bastante suja, com gordura inclusive, e o quarto não foi limpo durante a estadia!!! Mesmo eu solicitando diversas vezes a limpeza!

Hotel lindíssimo! Funcionários atenciosos, cheiroso,apenas algumas observações: precisa melhorar o quesito bolos no cafe da manhã. É a primeira vez que vou a um hotel sem bolos. Tinha um de cenoura solado, duro, sem chocolate. Uma vergonha para um hotel tão encantador. Não é barato fiquei decepcionada com o fato de não ter cama de solteiro, meu filho é um homem forte e alto, o sofá cama é desconfortável, os funcionários conseguiram uma caminha para meu filho, mas era pequena pra ele. Pedi um quarto para família então considero a ausência da cama solteiro um problema. Não tinha abajur ou luzes de cabeceiras, o que também não gostei.

Hotel bonito por fora mas o quarto deixou a desejar. Sobre o atendimento, Reclamei do wifi, disseram que uma pessoa iria no quarto resolver e nunca foi. Me colocaram em.um quarto muito barulhento. Dava para escutar a porta do corredor abrindo e fechando e as conversas das pessoas. O cafe da manha foi bom. Esperava muito mais de um hotel que é cartão postal de campos do Jordão. O hotel é longe do centro. Estava de carro, entao, isso nao foi um problema. Enfim, pelo preço (que é alto), não vale a pena e não indicaria.

É bonito externamente, mas deixa a desejar.

O hotel possui uma aparência externa muito bonita, mas, internamente, deixa bastante a desejar. A estrutura é visivelmente antiga, e os quartos apresentam sinais claros de desgaste e falta de manutenção. O atendimento também foi insatisfatório. Tive um atraso significativo de aproximadamente 1 hora no check-in, pois o quarto ainda não estava pronto. Por ser alta temporada, ficou evidente que o hotel não conta com equipe suficiente para atender adequadamente à demanda de hóspedes.
