Quarto com carpete; chuveiro que não esquentava o suficiente; lençóis e travesseiros sujos e com marca de mofo. Um prato cheiro para uma bela crise alérgica durante a madrugada. O hotel é bonito, um pouco distante do centro, tem piscina aquecida que as crianças gostam, o quarto é espaçoso e bem cuidado, mas o café da manhã poderia ter mais variedades, tive problemas com a limpeza do apartamento. Pedimos a recepção que fizesse a higienização do quarto pois o lixo do banheiro estava cheio e estávamos com um cachorro no quarto, porém não fomos atendidos, tivemos problemas com o cartão chave no quarto que desprogramava e teve um momento que não quis programar mais, ficamos 2h aguardando a manutenção chegar para resolver o problema. No total, gostei do hotel, porém o hotel precisa de uma gerência de qualidade para poder oferecer serviços a altura do valor cobrado
