Ginestra 1 is the portion of a semi-detached house located in a quiet residential area behind the town of Marina di Campo. The location is optimal because the center and the beach are 850 meters away and can be easily reached either on foot or by bicycle via a secondary, flat road.
Ginestra 1 is a large three-room apartment consisting of a large living room with a single sofa bed and an open kitchen, a triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom with shower cubicle. The house has a veranda equipped with table and chairs and a fenced garden suitable for hosting dogs of all sizes.
All rooms have air conditioning in all rooms.
