Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Campo or Portoferraio .
Edera two-room apartment - 2/4 beds
On the raised ground floor, completely independent, it consists of a double bedroom and a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. Outside the property is completed by a large loggia equipped for outdoor dining and relaxation

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a supplement of € 30 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
