"Staff was wonderful. Rooms were a bit dated but in an endearing way. Bathroom fully renovated and modern. A little loud at night but you right by everything you need to see so it was worth it. They provided free tour of murano in honor of Easter which was an amazing bonus! "

"Beautiful hotel with nice decor and Murano glass fixtures all over the lobby and room. Staff available 24 hours in the lobby and helped us get a water taxi to the airport for a very early flight. On a nice, quiet side street but close to get to the main sites and water taxis. Breakfast was pretty good with lots of options and plenty of seating, cappuccinos were just ok. Pool table and bar in the lobby were great to have. Room was nice and unique with our bed in a loft area and the kids beds down the stairs. Only bummer was that the little pool in the courtyard was not heated. "

"Location: This hotel is very aptly located right next to the the famous Rialto bridge and vaporetta stop is very close. Rooms: are big with decent size bathroom (compared to other bathrooms in italy) Breakfast: is very good with options for no egg vegetarians like us. (Milk/coffee/hot chocolate/fruit salad/yougurts/bread/cornetto/veggie salad/juice/cereals/cheese/butter) they do have other non veg items too Staff: very very polite and helpful outside official hours as well. Overall i liked this hotel a lot and would recommend to book is well in advance. Cons: only 1 thing missing is elevator if you have heavy bags"

"This place is absolutely gorgeous from the moment you walk in. Conveniently located by the train station, but just enough on a side street that it’s totally quiet. 20 minute-ish walk to the heart of Venice. Water buses within three minutes of the hotel front door. Location cannot be beat. Super friendly staff that made a fantastic room accommodation for me since I had a split reservation. I very much appreciate that. Make sure you book the breakfast because it’s well above average. And having the ability to eat the breakfast in there, lovely courtyard was a bonus. Loads of restaurant options and a delicious gelato shop in the immediate area. And of course you’re walking to the heart of Venice is just restaurant after a restaurant after a restaurant after a restaurant. A+ 10/10. "
