Great location but in case you need to escape via the stairs there is no signage where to exit when walking down the stairs. I ended up (the lift didn’t work) in the courtyard but the gates were locked and the doors to lobby were locked. The balcony railings and upstand are not safe, kids can step and climb in it. No pot with water/sand for smokers outside.

Quarto precisa de troca dos móveis, sofá velho, colchão todo deformado, um barulho terrível nas janelas quarto com vento fica batendo algo, na rua por ser próximo a um barzinho, os carros passavam com ronco absurdo me acordando a noite toda, não consegui dormir. Cheguei para checkin 13:40 não deixaram entrar somente as 14:00 ou mediante pagamento de taxas, um absurdo agora para checkout tem que desocupar 12:00..

O quarto é amplo, muito bom o chuveiro, estava limpo, cama boa mas apenas com 1 travesseiro por hóspede. Tive que pedir mais travesseiros na recepção. O controle remoto de ar-condicionado não funcionou. A equipe de funcionários não era tão cordial. O café da manhã sofrível. Pães endurecidos e nitidamente com mais de 24 horas. Sucos artificiais. Leite que deveria estar quente, não estava. Alimentos que deveriam estar aquecidos em recipientes como rechauds quentes, estavam em travessas e frios. Estacionamento com manobrista mas também pouco cordiais. Cheguei a receber ordem de manobrista de como proceder no estacionamento. Deveria ter recebido orientação mas não ordem. O cliente, que paga o salário deles, parece que é visto como um fardo. O hotel precisa mudar a visão de gestão ou irá perder clientes. Fui para um evento em Indaiatuba . Conversei com outros hóspedes que ficaram em outros hotéis. Várias reclamações de estrutura e atendimento. Parece que o problema é geral na rede hoteleira da cidade. Obrigado.
