No geral, muito boa. A única coisa que me incomodou foi o mau cheiro do banheiro. Parecia que vinha do ralo, tive que ficar com a porta sempre fechada. No mais, foi boa. Quarto aconchegante, espaçoso (standart), limpo e arrumado. Café da manhã com algumas opções. Atendimento muito bom, todos muito educados, simpáticos e atenciosos. Me hospedaria novamente se eu voltar à Serra Negra.

Hotel confortável e bem localizado. A única restrição que faço sobre o Hotel é o horário de encerramento do café da manhã que se encerra ás 09:30h. Primeiro hotel , das dezenas em que já me hospedei que isso ocorre. Essa informação deveria constar durante o processo de reserva pelo aplicativo.

Localização perfeita

A estadia em si foi muito boa. A cama é confortável, mas os travesseiros deixa a desejar. O quarto estava sempre limpo e o banheiro também. A localização é ótima, uma rua para cima da principal, onde tem as lojas e bares, e dá para ir à pé tranquilamente.

Muito bom, mas entre o Super Luxo, melhor Standard

Hotel muito bom, ótimo atendimento dos funcionários, ótimo café da manhã e boa infraestrutura. A única coisa que recomendo a quem for fazer reserva é que não faça como eu e reserve um quarto com categoria superior ao Standard, não vale a pena, a diferença no meu eram só 10 canais de TV paga, mas os benefícios eram os mesmos, aliás, nem cama de casal era, eram duas camas de solteiro juntadas para simular uma cama de casal. Numa próxima vez, reservarei o quarto Standard.
