「This was our second stay at La Boulangerie. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and really felt at home. The cottage is in a quiet location in lovely countryside with beautiful views. Various nice walks are possible from the cottage. It is truly a wonderful place to stay. Thanks to Sue, Paul and Sally for making us feel so welcome!」

「Le gîte est idéalement situé entre la Manche et le Calvados. Le cadre est calme et fort agréable. Nous y avons reçu un très bon accueil. Le logement est très bien équipé. Nous y étions le premier week-end de mai et nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la piscine couverte et du jacuzzi. Nous conservons l’adresse.」

「Great place to stay just be aware of the extra add-ons. If you want sheets for the beds it is extra per person, same if you want them to provide you with towels. If you use the fireplace the wood is extra. Also, you are limited to the amount of electricity you can use or you are charged extra for going over.」

「Absolutely lovely property. Great base location to visit many sights in Normandie. Village is lovely and the people are friendly. There is everything in this property you would need. Child equipment is good. Travel got, change mat, potty and even a sippy cup. Seating and beds are very comfortable. Host is a lovely man. Can’t recommend this property enough. Superb.」

「Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das kleine Häuschen ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Es gibt in der Umgebung viel zu entdecken und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. Wir und auch unserer kleiner Hund haben sich dort sehr wohlgefühlt.」

「Nous avons passé quelques jours chez Marc, qui est vraiment super sympa, très ouvert à la communication et très à l'écoute de ses hôtes. Il nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux et a bien voulu nous faire visiter son atelier et découvrir ses belles créations malgré un timing serré pour lui. La maison a beaucoup de charme. Elle est bien située, bien équipée, bien entretenue, entourée d'un immense jardin depuis lequel l'on peut admirer les champs à perte de vue, écouter le chant des oiseaux,...

Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig und man ist in ein paar Minuten in Villedieu les Polens wo man die Glockengießerei der NotreDame Glocken besuchen kann. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.」

This area of Normandy has so much to see and do and the frendliness and hospitality of Jean-Pierre (the owner) goes above and beyond. We will be back !」

「The property is set well away from the main road and is surrounded by lovely gardens and two ( very ) large lakes. The lakes are full of extremely friendly fish, that are always to be found swimming near the edges of the bank. All of the facilities were of a high standard and everything was very clean and well kept. The location is close to Gavaray, which we visited on more than one occasion. This town has a lovely quaint village feel to it, with plenty of useful shops and a variety of great...

「Nous sommes déçus de l’accueil très froid. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas en bas alors qu’il ne faisait pas chaud dehors . Et nous avons dû appeler avant la propriétaire pour le mettre en route qui a mal pris notre demande . Le forfait ménage nous a été imposé. L’extérieur n’est pas entretenu . Bref nous en gardons un souvenir négatif. Dommage car la région est belle.」
