Fangar Vell is a rural house located on a plot of 8000m2 on the outskirts of the town of Campanet, specifically in the Fangar Valley. The Fangar Valley is a mountainous area of the Sierra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO site. Located north of Mallorca is the largest and largest mountain range on the island. Fangar Vell was initially built by my ancestors as a country house and as a place for grazing animals (19th century). Later it was renovated by my grandfather and later by my family.
The house counts:
* With three bedrooms one of them with a double bed and the other two with two single beds; all with air conditioning, clothes closets and bedside tables.
* 1 kitchen (with a small pantry) equipped with all kinds of appliances: microwave, kettle, coffee maker, blender, toaster ...
* 2 full bathrooms.
* 1 living room with 2 sofas, table-dining table with 5 chairs, satellite TV and air conditioning.
* 1 hall with a work fireplace with a table, a piece of furniture with books to read, several chairs and 3 rockers to be comfortable and relaxed.
* WIFI connection throughout the house completely free.
* Alarm system to protect the house.
* Ultrasonic system for mosquitoes, flies, ...
The whole house is decorated with typical elements of the Mallorcan country. The house also has private parking for 3 cars or other vehicles, large garden of 8000m2 (with pines, holm oaks, carob trees, olive trees, high cypresses, ...) large outdoor terrace (around the pool): with two umbrellas, four sun loungers and a table with six chairs. It also has an upper terrace which is accessed by a staircase located next to the house. This upper terrace has an umbrella, two sun loungers and a table with chairs (it is above the house, it is ideal to see the rushes at night, sunbathe or dine in the light of the stars). In the garden around The house also has a portable barbecue, solarium for sunbathing and modern saltwater pool that takes care of the skin (6.5mx3.5mx1.6m).
Along the garden there are also several very picturesque sites such as an area between pine trees where you can find sun loungers to rest or a table and chairs built with the same rocks as the farm.
However, the most charming of this rural house are its wonderful views of the Sierra de Tramuntana, Mount Fangar and the pine and oak forest that surround the house.
