「Buen lugar para pasar en familia, excelentes instalaciones y espectacular vista. Sin duda regresaremos.」

「When we arrived we were not provided a door code to get in the building and waited out front going over all the emails in case we just missed seeing the code, to no avail. Eventually a man opened the door but he wasn't the host but he did build the hotel. He finally whatsapped the host to find out which room was ours, but again we were given no code. The ring camera at the door didnt work either. Had he not opened the door by mere chance we never would have been able to get in and we would...

「The pool and view are awesome. Sadly, this hotel clearly has slid into disrepair. There were at least 30 mosaic tiles loose on the shower floor--one cut my foot. The walls looked like a 12 year old did the painting--so much paint on the beautiful tiles, ceiling, door trim. Doing a nice job on the paint would have cost almost nothing, so sad! 「I had such a tranquil experience at this resort. Jovany is amazing and so helpful! It was my first time in Panama and this place welcomed me and it felt like home. I am definitely coming back. My secret sanctuary ❤️❤️」

「NO REFRIGERATOR IN THE ROOM. CANT KEEP YOUR DRINKS COLD」

「La piscina estaba verde. La infraestructura tienen tiempo que no la pintan. El cuarto y el baño muy limpio. La TV no servía.」

Neither they nor we were able to get any response at all. Because we had no way of knowing where we were supposed to go or how to access the property, we made the...

「Arrived at ny 12 noon check in per my registration with a couple of bags of perishable items to cook over the stay. Once I arrived I was told that they do not do check in until 3 PM. I showed them that the check in per my reservation was at 12 noon and that I had purchased food that could not sit in a hot car for three hours. I was told that they would expedite the room cleaning and inform me soon on the check in. I returned in 45 minuted and there was another associate there that stated that...
