"Having reserved a "suite", I had no idea of the actual size until I got there. Much roomier than other "suites" I had stayed in. It was quite clean and comfortable. Very thankful they had their own secure parking garage, too. The staff attended to our every need promptly. The complimentary breakfast offered most all the same stuff others do, however, this one was better cooked and tastier than the others. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."

"Our first impression was when we got out the car there was a strong marijuana smell, but at least it was in the parking lot. I entered the building and there was no one behind the desk. I stood there for 10 minutes and after loudly saying "is there anyone here?" a guest walked by and picked up a white telephone and told someone that I was there to check in. After finally checking we were walking toward our room we noticed the strong marijuana smell again. This is an extended stay hotel, and we noticed that in the room there was no coffeemaker and there were no chairs. If you're going to be there for an extended period, you'll be sitting on your bed. I told the young lady behind the desk that there wasn't a coffeemaker, and she said that they have coffee in the morning in the lobby. There were plenty of coffee pads but no maker. Also, there was a desk to work at, in the room, but no office chair. The next morning, we were hit with another blast of marijuana smell while in our room. Obviously, people staying there are smoking pot in the hotel. Also, the hallway walls looked dirty and the carpet needed vacuuming. The plusses were that the bathroom was very nice and clean and the price was right. We were there for two nights."

"Our 1st room had mold in the bathroom, the beds were concaved and there wereholes in the door and bathroom ceiling. We asked for and were given a different room. It was better but still very worn. The water smelt strange. Over all the staff was fine, but the whole place was very worn. The lobby smelt of mildew."

"This property is aptly named - urban farm house. Conveniently located minutes from downtown, it was close to shopping - a store just around the corner has the most extensive international offerings I have seen in some time. The house itself reminds me of my grandmother's house, full of rustic charm, with painted pine flooring and 10 inch baseboards. temperature is well-controlled. The owner/manager was quick to respond to questions and issues throughout our visit. Will likely return."
