「Clean, smart and nice. Sound proof quality zero. Our master bedroom had a door and this lead to a stair well, so much noise through door. If they cough or talk we will hear. We travelled with dog which was worse every noise madeher jump. Worse sleep of our trip.. you will hear every voice from next door in every room 」

「A good property overall but it is advertised that there is air conditioning. This was a must have for our family and there is no air conditioning - there were a few fans and instructions about how to keep as cool as possible, however in the summer August heat this was inappropriate and despite looking for other accommodation when we realised the situation there was no other option but to stay put and cope with the situation. 」

「Positives. The apartment was well equipped (kitchen and bathrooms) and clean. There was parking available right outside and the check in instructions were clear and straightforward. There were ample heating and cooling options. Negatives There was no ability to access the balcony, which was advertised in the pictures and would have been a nice social space as there was no lounge area inside. 「Staff knowledge was lacking, however the maintenance man Danny was very helpful and knowledgeable. Fridge and hair dryer did not work on arrival had to wait a day for them to be exchanged. Breakfast was a mystery no menu or price could be obtained even asking 3 staff members. Parking was good. 」
