"Hotels dot com screwed up the reservation, but Jessica at the property did everything she could and made sure I️ have accommodations for my trip. She’s there to help and does a great job at that. The road going to the site is dirt, but that’s expected in CR. The pool at the smaller condos is amazing. ..."
