Lovely single level 1 bedroom house, near Camelford

The Ticket Office is a well equipped beautifully presented single level 1 bedroom house with a patio & plenty of parking. The property is perfectly situated for exploring the stunning North coast of Cornwall.

On entering the property you'll be greeted by a bright & airy open plan living room, kitchen diner. The kitchen is well equipped with a double oven & all the mod cons. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating & a flat screen Smart TV. Leading from the living area, double French doors take you to the sunny patio with table & chairs for al fresco drinks. Heading down the hallway you'll pass a utility cupboard housing the washing machine & on the right is a good sized shower room with large walk-in shower. At the end of the hallway is a bright double bedroom with lovely views overlooking the patio area. To the front of the property is a spacious parking area.
