The Space:

It features stainless steel appliances, counter seating for four, and an eat-in dining table for four, giving you everything you need to dine comfortably at home. The open layout flows seamlessly into the living room, where two couches and an armchair invite you to unwind while watching your favorite shows on the smart TV.



Large sliding glass doors lead you straight to the private lakefront balcony, where a table for four sets the stage for al fresco meals with direct water views. Sip your morning coffee as the sun rises over the lake or enjoy dinner as the water reflects the evening sky. With comfort inside and unforgettable views outside, Lakeside Sunrise is a relaxing retreat you’ll want to return to year after year.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a set of twin-over-twin bunk beds, a queen size bed, and a smart TV.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• This home offers parking for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot.

o Overflow parking available in gravel area next to parking lot.

o Trailer parking is on top of the hill before you drive down to the condo.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security doorbell camera, actively monitoring the area in front of the main door and the external entryway area.

• Please note, guests can fish off of the docks. Swimming off of the docks is not allowed

• Building has elevator access.o All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.

o Guests have access to the HOA amenities; however, please note that these facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA, not by us. While we do our best to keep you informed, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of these amenities, as maintenance, repairs, or temporary closures may occur without prior notice. Outdoor pools are seasonal and may be closed based on the time of year.
