The community also offers outdoor recreation space with basketball, volleyball, and tetherball, giving everyone more ways to play, relax, and enjoy the fresh lake air.

Inside, Lake Therapy is welcoming, comfortable, and set up for easy vacation downtime. The open living space gives guests a place to reconnect, stream a favorite movie, play games, or unwind after exploring Camdenton and Lake of the Ozarks. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, in-unit laundry, and flexible sleep spaces, this condo is a great home base for lake days, pool days, and cozy nights in.

Lake Therapy is located at Clearwater Condominiums in Camdenton, about 6 miles west of town and at the 8.5 Mile Marker of the Big Niangua Arm, putting guests close to a quieter, scenic side of Lake of the Ozarks while still being near dining, golf, shopping, and entertainment. Clearwater's community highlights include two pools, a pavilion with fire pit, basketball, volleyball, tetherball, and lakefront grounds.

Nearby Camdenton favorites include Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Bridal Cave, Ozark Caverns, kayaking on the Big and Little Niangua rivers, hiking trails, castle ruins, and seasonal local events. Golfers will love being near Old Kinderhook, a premier Lake of the Ozarks golf resort, and Lake Valley Golf & Country Club is also close by.

• This condo is located on the 1st floor, 1 level below the parking lot
• There is a lift in the boat slip that should be put DOWN when the slip is rented
• The fireplace is not currently operational and is expected to be repaired sometime this summer
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
• This property does not permit loud parties. Gatherings that are responsible and respectful are permitted.
• This property does not allow smoking indoors or outdoors on the premises.
• This property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved; however, in winter, they may ice over and become difficult to navigate.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

VRBO Cancellation Standards:
Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
