Carved into the side of a gentle slope that cascades down to a beautiful no wake cove. Is a spacious 3br home that offers outstanding views of a beautiful no.wake cove! Once inside the home you have a view of a spacious kitchen and dining area from above and a wall of glass that looks over looks the lake. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one has a queen bed the other bedroom has a queen and bunk beds. There is a full bath upstairs as well. . The main level has a 3rd bedroom with a queensize bed and 2nd full bath. This home boasts a high vaulted ceiling in kitchen dining area. From the kitchen you walk out to an over 300sq ft family room with walls of windows that overlook the Lake of the Ozarks. From there you can go into large screened in porch that has amazing views. From there you can go out onto the deck with a grill. Which can also be accessed from the dining room. From the deck there are stairs or a tram that takes you down to the large boat dock that has a swim platform and two boat slips. All located in a no wake cove off of mile marker 32. The cove has Bulldogs Bach House Bar and Grill and Stewart's on the lake. Also 565 Marina.
The home is right off of highway 5 in Camdenton. The roads are paved all the way to the home no gravel roads. Gas stations, dollar general, liquor store and restraunts are all near by and grocery stores. This home is great for families and large groups. Beds to sleep 8, but also a very large couch or twin air up mattress for up to ten can stay.

Everything we could possibly need was available. The view was beautiful. The house was cozy. There was a tram too. It went from the driveway to the pier. It helped so much because I had a stroke and my balance isn't so great for outdoor stairs. Which were also a great option.

Home has Everything!

This home was perfect for our week at the Ozarks! We rented a pontoon and kept it in the open slip. We woke in the morning and fished off the large platform catching catfish, drum fish, large mouth bass, and bluegills. In the afternoon we floated in the lake and used the swim pad to keep cool. We noticed the owner had tables and chairs on the platform that other properties did not. How could we not use the available firepit a couple nights to make smores, so good! Our week hit the 90s every day so we did not use the screened in room, but we did have movie nights in the air conditioned family room. Streaming to the smart tv was no problem. My boys enjoyed cooking breakfast on the outdoor griddle on the deck in the morning. The large griddle was perfect for blueberry pancakes and bacon! (we cooked the eggs inside). And finally location, location, location!!! Great spot on a no wake cove. Close to Pirates Point rental, The Cave Bar and The Fish and Company by boat. We even paddled the kayaks to Bulldogs located in the cove.Highly recommend staying here!

It was okay. The coffee pot was not working. Took over an hour to make coffee. Floor in bathroom were not clean. Loose boards on steps coming down from where parked car. The booking and checking in process was good.

Perfect for family with little kids!

Great spot especially for little kids! The house is laid out perfectly for the whole family. The water is down pretty fair from the property which made us feel a bit safer with having small kids along. The screened in porch was our favorite part. There are lots of stairs but the trolly makes it really easy. Host is incredibly responsive!

Great Get Away

We rented this home for its location on the water as well as location to the Amphitheater. We had a great visit relaxing during the day and then a 15 minute trip the the amphitheater in the evening. Would not hesitate to rent again.

Multi generational fishing trip

Property was easy to find and located on quiet cove but very close to the main lake. House was as shown on listing and had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Approximately 1 1/2 flight of stairs to dock but a level area about 1/2 way down to catch your breath. For those of our group that couldn't do the stairs (91 yr old grandmother) the tram got her down to the dock with the family as well as helped us load and unload. Parking is pretty limited but once we found the community lot about a couple blocks away, it was fine. Host was able to respond and answer any questions. We came back with quite a bit of fish for our time there and lots of memories.

Fishing trip

The outside property could have used a little sprucing up. There was lots of leaves and tree branches around. There was no trash can outside so trash had to be taken off site. Overall it was a good trip.

Great place

The house was neat and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. Nice big living and dining areas. I did miss a private master bath but not the end of the world. It was early spring so not much was growing but I bet it's gorgeous in the summer. Kids loved the kayaks and fishing. Everything went well.

Excellent Stay!

I can't say enough good things about this property. We were a group of three 58 year old friends and the property was perfect for us. It was spotless and the lift was a huge bonus to help with luggage and getting provisions down to the dock. The view is gorgeous and the deck is very private even though there are houses on both sides. We had a fabulous times and would love to return in the future.

Lake House Vacation

This house was in a perfect location on the lake. We rented a pontoon boat for the week so the slot in the boat dock was great. We went in all directions out of the cove and found lots of places on the lake to visit. The cove was calm so paddleboarding and swimming off the dock was something we did every afternoon. The house itself was perfect for the 6 adults we had. The family room was great for watching a late-night movie while the decks and screened porch was good for watching the sunset and hanging out. If I had one suggestion it would be to bring extra bath linens. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would consider booking here again.

Great dock and location!

The dock was wonderful! Even though we had a boat, the dock is where we spent the majority of our time. The tram was a godsend once we figured out we needed to use a remote in the house and not the buttons on the tram itself. The no wake cove was perfect since we had a little one swimming with us. One downfall was only a few of the pathway lights worked going down to the dock so we had to be extra careful walking up and down in the evenings. The dining/kitchen area is very spacious and a had great selection of utensils. Hard to see the table in pictures but the table along with the bar allowed our group of 8 more than enough room to gather for meals. We didn't spend much time in the living room but the couch was super comfortable for a sleeping option even for an adult. The screened in porch with fans came in handy during a rainy day to play a variety of games the host had available for our use. Gerrad was quick to reply to my questions even before we had booked the property. This was 1 of the reasons we initially chose his property. We've been visiting different areas of the lake and everyone said they'd love to come back to this property. Thank you again for sharing your home!

Great Stay.

Place was as described. We came down for a fishing weekend. Great quiet cove, but right next to the main channel. We grilled and used the oven and everything we needed was there.

More than we could have expected! Beautiful scenery, spacious and relaxing

There just wasn't enough time to experience everything this get-away had to offer! Beautiful view of the fall foliage and the lake. The kitchen and outside on the deck were our favorite gathering spots. Lots of space to talk, cook, eat and be merry! Our family birthday celebration was more relaxing than we could have anticipated! We greatly appreciated being able to accommodate all family members. We like to frequent local businesses during our get-aways and we went to The Butcher Shop for steaks for our grilling night and they were fantastic! Unfortunately Farris Fruit and Vegetable Market was already closed for the season so we weren't able to try their fresh produce. We highly recommend this vacation rental and would book it again in the future. Excellent communication with Gerrad before and during our stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us Gerrad!

Great Place

When I contracted to stay at this property it was said to be a new listing. It is easy to see the improvements and updates that have already been done. The size was perfect for our group of 6 over 60 ladies. The tram is a godsend for loading and unloading and getting coolers to the dock. We enjoyed both the open deck and the screened in deck. The new table was a great size for dinners as well as playing games and cards. It was also a generously stocked kitchen. Many places don't have varied sizes of bowls and pans. And every small kitchen appliance was available. It was great. Not a criticism but a suggestion is having a second frig. It helps with all the bags of ice needed, and all the bottles and cans to keep cool. It seems every year we run out of frig space. Our host Gerrard was very very good communicating with and accommodating us. We will likely be staying here annually, it suited our needs so very well.
