Relax and enjoy this bright and spacious home over 2 floors, in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. It has been furnished with well thought-out pieces to create a relaxing and comfortable stay here in Cambridge. There is a fully equipped kitchen available for use, a private garden, and parking for 2 cars on the driveway.
We are a short walk or drive to the nearby Addenbrookes or Royal Papworth hospitals, and the Biomedical Campus. This is the perfect place for up to 6 people looking to explore, work, or visit Cambridge, with everything needed a short walk or drive away.

SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x King Size Bed with Built-in cupboards and make up table
Second Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed and Ensuite with shower only.
Third Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed with built-in cupboard.
Office: 1 x Single Bed is available to use at an additional cost of £75.00. Please request during your booking to make a separate payment and to order linen for delivery prior to checking in.
Each bedroom has bath and hand towels for each guest, and basic toiletries are provided for your stay.

CHILLING:
Well-appointed open plan living/dining area, with a flat screen 40 inch Smart TV to select your favourite Streaming App or Local TV channels. Own account required for streaming. There is an office on the first floor with a dedicated working space, and a super fast wifi connection up to 500Mb. There is also a large private garden available to use.

EATING:
The modern kitchen is generously sized, and kitted out for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, and kettle. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer available for personal use.

PARKING:
There is free off street parking in front of the house on the driveway for 2 cars. Free on street parking is also available in front of the house if required and spaces are available.

OUT AND ABOUT:
Situated less than a mile to Addenbrookes or Royal Papworth Hospitals, the Biomedical Campus, and Cambridge South Station. It is also a short 10 minute drive into Cambridge city centre and Cambridge train station, our home is a perfect stay for all occasions.
There is a small kids playground and recreation ground nearby (6 mins walk) and a nearby convenience store, café and a bar (8 mins walk). A 5 minute drive to a Tesco Superstore on Yarrow Road, and the Cherry Hinton High Street nearby has restaurants and pubs. For transit around the city, regular buses are 2 minutes walk from the house.

I won’t be around in person during your stay, however I have help managing my Airbnb with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.

There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.

Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.

- Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire at a cost of £50, or £30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to property prior to your stay.
- Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave in entrance hall.
- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods, toilet paper, and kitchen rolls. If more is needed during your stay there is a supermarket minutes away.
- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties like mine. This means my home is professionally maintained and cleaned after each stay. You will sleep and stay knowing they guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. They also provide 24/7 guest support and a locally personalized service before and during your stay.

The locally based team of Pass the Keys® in Cambridge have personally inspected my home and certify it has met the Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
