"When I entered I found the bathroom to be dirty. The toilet paper was yellow, like old paper. Walmart is near. I cleaned the bathroom and purchased toilet paper. One towel had a stain on it. "The hotel was incredible and better than expected. It's conveniently located near Crash Boat Beach, Highway #2, and local restaurants. The hotel has two large/ nice pools, a generator backup for all spaces/ rooms, a bar and restaurant, and plenty of kid activities. There are better restaurants a stone's throw away from the hotel. (The hamburgers leave much to be desired, but it's convenient and not expensive.) The employees were friendly and provided excellent service. We will definitely book when we are visiting the West Side of PR. "

"I was very impressed with this hotel. The staff was great, the amenities were very well maintained. Location was convenient. I enjoyed the pool, it was very clean and beautiful. The only feedback I would give is that the front desk needs a true 24 hr staff, there was only a security guard after 10 pm. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the beautiful view to the water, the bar area, the restaurant, the family-friendly environment, the pool was one of the best I’ve seen in Puerto Rico, the staff very friendly and helpful, the food at the restaurant was very well priced and delicious, the grounds were very well kept and clean, the games were great…5 stars for sure!"

"The property is lovely and the restaurant staff is excellent. The superior room is small but fine with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom definitely needs to be updated. Housekeeping services were not always provided. For over $400 per night, I certainly expected to come back to a clean, well stocked room at the end of the day. "

"The staff were welcoming and friendly, creating a great first impression. My room was clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, though its location near the bar meant it could get a bit noisy at times. That said, the hotel did a good job managing noise levels by lowering the music later in the evening. The gym was well-equipped and exceeded expectations, and the beachfront location is unbeatable, especially for the incredible sunsets. I’ll definitely be back. "
