Intended to please young and old alike, the Peyre-levade spa pool gite is the perfect place for family reunions or with friends. It will have everything to please you. Peyre-levade is a hamlet composed of several buildings including another 6 person gite -46G12948. The gîte spa pool can accommodate 10 people and 2 babies with all possible comfort. Whatever the season, summer or winter, you can lounge in the luxurious jacuzzi and relax around a nice fire and in the summer you can lounge in the pool. Enjoy the joys of the countryside: you can go and see the animals of the mini discovery farm (2 sheep, 1 goat, 2 pigs, chickens, ...) located next to the gite. Equestrian farm nearby. The gîte spa pool is on 2 levels divided into 2 parts (connected by the kitchen). In the first part and on the ground floor: Living room/dining room, wood stove, reversible air conditioning. Equipped kitchen. On the first floor: 1 open bedroom with 1 bed in 160 and 1 baby bed and its open shower room (WC, shower cabin). 1 separate room with bunk beds. In the second part of the building and on the ground floor: 1 room with 1 bed in 160, TV. 1 bathroom with washing machine, double basin. 1 separate toilet and freezer. Fan in the rooms. On the first floor, 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 bed in 140 with baby bed and another one with 2 beds 90 x 190. Outside, 2 terraces with garden furniture, barbecue, plancha and bar. Jacuzzi 7 places secured. Secured swimming pool 8 x 4.7, 1m40 deep. Outdoor games room: table soccer, treadmill, exercise bike, ping-pong and bowling. Private fenced garden.
