Everything was ok, large enough rooms. Safe in the room but you have to pay for it. Nice pool area with bar/food facilities which was good. Typical European breakfast but get the hot food as soon as it comes out as it doesn’t stay hot for long, buffet dinner which we didn’t use. Good gluten free options available.

Alles ok bei diesem Hotel. Nur Schade das die kein Wasser ins Zimmer stellen, es ist ein warmes Land, wenn man dann ankommt ist man verdurstet und danach muss man nochmal ins Kiosk rennen.

Très bien !

Séjour 4 nuits, professionnel, très bon confort literie ok, chambre spacieuse et agréable, sdb fonctionnelle. Concernant le cadre, chambre avec vue piscine pour tout le monde, agréable mais attention si vous cherchez du calme, passez votre chemin, cadre FESTIF :) musique toute la journée, et ambiance festive dans toute la station, plages a proximité directe à pied. Service petit déjeuner ok et complet (8h c'est tard mais on s'y fait) et personnel hyper agréable et serviable. On y reviendra !

Dit verblijf is gelegen in een bijzonder levendige 'Britse-uitgaansbuurt'. Als je gaat voor een gezellige ontspannende rustvakantie kom dan zeker niet naar hier!! Het verblijf zelf bezit redelijk wat gebruikssporen (komt soms slordig/afgeleefd over...), het personeel doet zijn best om te helpen, maar méér mag je ook niet verwachten, dit ondanks de 4-sterren. Het ontbijt- & avondbuffet zijn best OK. Op dag 1 gevraagd naar een ontbijtpakket om mee te nemen voor op de terugvlucht. Op onze vertrekdag, omstreeks 06Am wist men evenwel van niets, ondanks dat men onze vraag daadwerkelijk had neergeschreven in de aanwezige agenda/logboek... Géén ontbijt voor tijdens de terugvlucht, enkel een verbaasde baliemedewerker?! Hier zien ze ons niet meer terug, jammer.

Malísimo son unos ratas, el horario d comida era hasta 21:30, 21 hs no reponían comida, te querían cobrar las toallas para la piscina, el all inclusive era de bebidas tres nada más, eso no es all inclusive

It was just ok. Fairly low in price so expectations weren’t too high. No daily clean. Had A problem with ants in the kitchenette. The wits aspect of this stay was the behaviour of other guests returning in the early hours of the morning and being very noisy and waking us up. That happened every night of our stay. It is the kind of place that attracts groups. There was no room around the pool. All staff in reception seemed really nice and friendly. It is at the top of a very steep hill which was not a problem fir us but could be for some. Right next to the busiest part of Magaluf.

Property was modern and had obviously been refurbished in the last few years. Spacious apartment. Could have been cleaner. Maids did not clean or empty bins just made bed and changed towels. Had ants all over the kitchen surface. Bathroom smelled bad. The other guests were extremely noisy and had sleep disturbed every night with noisy parties returning at 4 or 5am. It’s in a good location for the strip of Magaluf, literally around the corner. I wouldn’t say it’s in Palma Nova and if it is it’s on the very edge. Not in the family area. Definitely one for groups of stags and hens etc. Couldn’t get a sunbed around the pool even in October when the season was almost over. it was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for but should have paid more for somewhere better I think.
