気になった点 : スタッフとサービス
We visited the Leonardo Royal on the last week of the 23/24 season and absolutely loved it so booked to return. We arrived on 10th April to pandemonium. They had work men working in the reception area and at various parts of the hotel. The hotel felt like it wasn’t ready and we were told that they had only opened that day despite having a target date of the 1st of April. Most disappointing was the lack of customer care/service and in some cases rudeness of staff. Thanks to Expedia we relocated to another hotel.
