    An extra fee from 60€ to 70€ will be charged if the check-in or the check-out takes place out of hours. Please, note that this fee will also be charged on Sunday and bank holidays.

    If arrival is later than 22:00 or if departure is before 07:00, a supplement of 100,00 € will be charged.

    A one-time fee of 35€ will be charged for each pet for cleaning (please check availability). Pets up to 10 kg. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed.

    Air conditioning consumption is not included. The price is 0,40€/KW.

    A credit card deposit of € 600,00 is payable on arrival and will be returned one week later by credit card or bank transfer.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Einfach traumhaft – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Ferienhaus in Calpe. Das Haus ist sehr schön, liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders begeistert hat uns der wunderschöne Pool – perfekt, um sich bei den warmen Temperaturen abzukühlen und einfach die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Die gesamte Anlage und der Außenbereich inklusive Outdoor-Küche sind sehr gepflegt und laden zum Verweilen ein. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend: ruhig und angenehm, gleichzeitig ist man schnell in Calpe, am Strand, bei Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Richard und Nathalie!
