Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- Guarantee 300 € (will be refunded 1 week after departure)

The rent includes 75 kwh / week for electricity and 10 cbm/week for water (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).

Between November till May the expenses for internet, electricity, water and gas must be payed completely per consumption.

The garden is laid out in a Mediterranean style and is not overlooked from the outside. There is a large pool terrace and a nice barbecue area. The garden is spacious and suitable for children.

A garage is available for the tenants.

The Space:
The apartment is completely renovated and modernly equipped:
Living-dining room with air conditioning, american kitchen (with dishwasher), 2 bedrooms (each with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms.

Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.

There is a second apartment in the house, but it is locked and nobody lives there.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a very quiet residential area in Calpe.

Other Things to Note:
Dog keeping not allowed. Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).
