Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans cet appartement ! Il est moderne et très bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié le changement de canapé !! Le seul bémol est l’absence de Clim malgré l’abondance de ventilateurs. Chaud Chaud chaud .

Appartement parfait sauf le DIVAN LIT

Il s'agit de la deuxième année que nous louons sur Calpe, l'endroit est parfait pour être en Famille. Positif : L'appartement est très bien situé. Bien équipé (Cuisine équipée, Machine à laver, Lave vaisselle ). Très belle vue sur la mer. Négatif : Le ménage n'a pas été bien fait lors de notre arrivée. Le Divan Lit dans le salon est exécrable n'est pas digne de l'appartement, à changer rapidement il m'a un peu gâché les vacances. Ou bien alors ne pas proposer l'appartement pour 4 personnes.

Apartamento soleado muy completo, ubicación perfecta cerca del centro y de la playa, estupendas vistas a la playa y al paseo. Le falta el aire acondicionado, gracias que hay ventiladores pero hay que tenerlos puestos día y noche. Una ventaja tener aparcamiento. Muy recomendable!

Muy agradable y bien situado

Ha sido una estancia muy agradable, el apartamento limpio y muy bien situado, con todo lo que hemos necesitado durante nuestra estancia. Dada la zona es genial tener acceso a una plaza de garaje. Por poner alguna pega sería la falta de aire acondicionado o el sofá-cama que según mi hijo no era demasiado cómodo, pero eso pasa con todos los sofá-cama. Si lo encontramos libre seguramente repetiremos muy pronto.

Hemos estado muy agusto; el apartamento es muy agradable para dos personas. Está reformado y en primera línea de playa del paseo marítimo. Por poner alguna crítica, creo que se podría mejora el sofá-cama. Repetiríamos.
