House with garden and private pool 6km beach:
House of 170m2 located in one of the tourist destinations par excellence on the Costa Brava only 6km from the beach and 40km from Girona's Airport. It is distributed over two floors with a large outdoor area that has a private 8x4m pool open all year round, garden and hammocks. On the main floor there is a living area, dining room, kitchen, terrace, toilet, two bedrooms with double beds and two complete bathrooms with a hydromassage cabin, sauna and jacuzzi. On the upper floor there is a second living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace, two bedrooms with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms with a shower. It has a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, air conditioning, winter heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, parking area in front of the house and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation. We don't accept groups under 30 years. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
