Nice apartment, close to the beach

Stay in our cozy apartment 200 meters from the beach and sea. The apartment is part of a family home and includes a double room with a luxury box spring and a single room with 1 single bed. For a possible 4th person there is a sofa bed available in the sitting room. The beds are made upon arrival.
The whole has a sitting room with open kitchen with dishwasher, oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, plenty of kitchen utensils and induction hob. The entire apartment has underfloor heating and the bathroom has a toilet and a rain shower. The entire apartment is for private use, facilities are not shared.
You can sit outside on the wooden veranda. There is a seat available , there are also two comfortable adjustable garden chairs available.
PLEASE NOTE: The apartment does not have a private parking space. Loading and unloading is possible in front of the door. You can park in the central parking lot 75 meters from the apartment.

Holiday in may.

We enjoyed the appartment. The kitchen has a window in the roof, so it is very bright, what we loved. Only in the case of heavy rain you can hear it. The bed for the parents was good. The second sleeping room is only for one kid. The other one slept in the living room on an foldable sofa. As long as the kids are small enough it works.

the apartment was very clean and nicely located centrally on the water. However, it was not clear on the internet how small the bedrooms and especially the bathroom are. you could hardly turn around in it, The bathroom was completely flooded with water when I showered. The second small bedroom also only has a small skylight and is more of a storage room. The terrace also looks larger in the internet pictures and is on a smaller street for residents.

Tolle Wohnung!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, top neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, nettes Willkommenspaket bei der Ankunftmit Wein, Keksen, Kaffee- kapseln, war ein schönes Ankommen!!. Der Vermieter kam vorbei und fragte ob alles in Ordnung sei. Nur einen Fußweg entfernt zum Strand. Sehr ruhige Lage. Süße Veranda vorm Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sommerurlaub

Die Vermieter der Wohnung sind sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung, es fehlte uns jedoch im Vorfeld der Hinweis, dass diese Wohnung keine Fenster sondern nur zwei kleine Dachluken zum Lüften hat, welche bei Regen und Wind geschlossen gehalten werden sollten. Nachts ist dies aber die einzige Belüftung, da die ebenerdige Terrassentür nicht geöffnnet bleiben kann. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, Erholung und Entspannung sind garantiert, egal ob faulenzen am Strand oder Entdeckungsstouren mit dem Rad. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Tolle Lage, sehr nette Gastgeber

Wir suchten nach einer Unterkunft, um ein paar Tage an der holländischen Nordseeküste zu entspannen und fanden sie in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die perfekte, ruhige Lage (200 Meter vom Strand entfernt) und die sehr gute und neuwertige Ausstattung ließen keine Wünsche offen! Vielen Dank an Gastgeber Bob für den netten Empfang und die angenehme Kommunikation!

Eine wunderbare Woche an der Nordsee

Wir hatten eine super schöne entspannte Woche in diesem gemütlichen kleinen Strandhäuschen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist modern und neuwertig mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Kontakt mit Bob war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert! Die Lage ist unschlagbar, in wenigen Schritten ist man am Strand und den Wander- und Radwegen. In der Gegend gibt es viel zu erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Sehr erholsamer Kurzurlaub

Bei Ankunft wurden wir persönlich von Bob begrüßt. Er ging mit uns zum Schlüsselkasten, den wir aber auch alleine leicht gefunden hätten. Zur Begrüßung stand auch ein Körbchen mit Snacks bereit. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung. Es war sogar eine zusätzliche normale Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Die Lage kann nicht besser sein. Wirklich nur 6 Minuten bis zum Strand. Perfekt! Vielen Dank :-)

Gerne wieder!

Wir wurden vom Gastgeber sehr nett empfangen und auf dem Tisch stand sogar ein kleines Willkommenspaket inklusive einer kleinen Flasche Prosecco zum Geburtstag. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt in der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung mit der kleinen Holzveranda, auf der wir täglich die Sonne genießen konnten. Zum Strand waren es aber auch fußläufig nur fünf Minuten. Hier ist man genau richtig, wenn man die Ruhe sucht! Es war der perfekte Urlaub für uns!

Traumhaft schöne Lage

Die Lage war wirklich einfach traumhaft schön. Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub sehr genossen. Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich. Noord-Holland ( Callantsoog) war eine Reise wert.

Sehr hübsche Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Diese hübsche Wohnung liegt in perfekter Lage zu den schönen Norddünen und natürlich dem Strand. Die Wohnung ist sehr wohnlich, geschmackvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter! Zur Begrüßung stand eine kleine Kollektion von Getränken und Snacks bereit :-) Nordholland ist immer eine Reise wert, und diese Wohnung eignet sich sehr gut zur Erkundung dieser Gegend. Nordseebriese zum Jahresende

Rundum wohlfühlen, sauber, schick, praktisch eingerichtet. Leider war die Fußbodenheizung im Bad ohne Funktion, sonst aber perfekt. Schneller Zugang zu Dünen, Meer und Restaurant.
