"Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."

"Sadly, this place has great potential but it is a poor experience based on horrible customer service and poor amenities. It started with the front staff requiring higher extra fees than what was stated in the ad, blaming Hotels.com for having wrong information. My family then had to wait outside the reception for 45 minutes - no, they were not even allowed in to our room nor to use the pool - while I had to drive to an ATM to get cash to pay the fees. Who said customer experience is important?...

"Villa avec une vue exceptionnelle , très bien placée avec parking privé très appréciable en Italie. L hôte est très réactif et amical. Plusieurs beaux endroits à visiter à pied de la villa ( cala, grotte, plongée....). Cette côte est très belle avec beaucoup de visite à réaliser sans faire trop de voiture. "Fabulous break in the heart of the countryside with easy access to beaches. All amenities were superb: swimming pool, dining room, buffet breakfast, reception. All staff were super helpful and always cheerful, but Giulia at the pool area went above and beyond to look after all the visitors to this wonderful hotel. We’ll be back!,,"

"The staff at the Palazzo were over the top. This Palace is so beautiful and very clean. I would definitely stay here again. The reception staff Alonso, Matteo, Virgile, Isabella, Virgilio were very kind and helpful. They suggested places to visit things to do in the area and booked dinner reservations. The Restaurants that they suggested were excellent and all within walking distance. The Place suggested a spa. We had a couples massage with Claudia and Enza. This is one of the best massages we have ever experienced. Thank you Ladies. Claudia and Enza are very professional and kind. The Spa is amazing. We also met the owners of the Palace and had a very nice conversation. It was a pleasure to meet them. A shout out for Alfonso which is a very special person.
