Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Ofrecen servicios con los que no cuentan, nos cobraron una habitación con Jacuzzi y este no servía, y la respuesta de la gente era que en el roof garden había otro, claro público. Desde que llegamos más de 1/2 hora para que hubiera acceso al hotel, todo cerrado y sin gente en mostrador ni quien abriera la puerta, y como de película llegó la policía de turismo a avisar que si no se regularizan los van a cerrar, ósea aparte de todo lo malo antes mencionado están irregulares!!! Cero recomendable
