- Villa Aqualento is a brand-new, exclusive luxury villa in the quiet village of Arco da Calheta on the sunny south coast of Madeira. Thanks to its lower elevation within the famous “Banana Line,” the villa enjoys a noticeably milder and more pleasant climate, especially during the winter months, compared to many homes located higher up on the island.
Despite its quiet and secluded setting, the sandy beach of Calheta, the marina with its numerous restaurants and cafés, and a large supermarket are all just a short distance away.
