Ideal for one or a couple, this main floor self contained suite has a fully equipped stylish kitchen with breakfast bar seating. Kitchen is open to the living area which features comfy couch, large TV, fireplace, and a small desk. In the large bedroom is a king bed and another fireplace and TV, as well as a closet and laundry. Enjoy fresh air on the patio or covered deck. Ample street parking.

The suite is on the main level of a 2 storey home in a quiet tree-lined street. This residential neighbourhood of primarily single family homes is dotted with green spaces and is within 3km of Fish Creek Park. Less than 2km to grocery stores and restaurants.
