Housekeeping was horrible called to get face cloth and coffee and nothing. Weekend lots of underage kids in pool area no control by staff. One elevator only working. Next year I will stay at the element and get a suite for same price.

Beds were lovely and room was clean. Underground parking needs a room key to access and there is no signage to indicate to use the key at the small unmarked box at the top of the ramp. Staff forgot to inform at check-in due to a distraction in the lobby. If you miss it you must reverse up the steep ramp and risk damage to your vehicle while reversing through two narrow poles. As of this review, the gate comes down very quickly and without sensors to pick up vehiclea entering. It almost took out the front end of my vehicle. Staff assured me it would be looked at.

Staff very friendly. There is a McDonald’s and a Tim Hortons very close. (Walkable) Rooms clean. Only stayed one night. would stay here again.

The toilet paper roll was falling off the wall and my special needs son had his toe sliced open pretty bad on the bottom of the pool.

We usually stay here now whenever we head to Calgary or Banff. We especially like it as it’s very clean and the service is exceptional. There’s no musky odour like other hotel/inns/motel we stay at. Hence, why we enjoy our stay here. Price are reasonable and it’s close to some of our destination through out our stay. Front desks staffs are very helpful and nice. Definitely recommend others to stay.

Beds not very comfortable make sure there is no hockey tournaments going on as guests were drinking in hallways and kids playing in and out of hallways elevators. Not sure I would stay there again.

Unfortunately the pool was unavailable but the staff were courteous and respectful, food options were limited the food offered was really good. Even though there was a junior hockey tournament being hosted and the halls were full of kids it was a pleasant stay
