The main living area invites you to unwind on the large sectional sofa, gathered around the cozy gas fireplace for a movie night or quiet conversation. Start your day with coffee on one of two private balconies with serene views of the Bow River, or soak your cares away in your own private hot tub under the stars.

- Private Entrance: You have your own private entrance to the main house.



Please note: There is a separate laneway home at the rear of the property which may also be booked. It has its own private entrance and will not impact your access, privacy, or enjoyment of the main house and its amenities.

The property has quick access to major roads, dedicated bike paths, and is just a few minutes from public transit stops — including a 10–15 minute walk to Sunnyside LRT station — connecting you to downtown and the rest of the city with ease.

- Pre-Arrival Verification: We require all guests to complete a short pre-arrival form after booking, which includes a quick photo ID verification, similar to a standard hotel check-in.

- Security Deposit: Please note that a security deposit may be required for your booking. If applicable, you will be notified of the amount and terms before your arrival.

- Potential Fees: We ask that you treat The Bruno with care. Additional charges may be applied for any damages, excessive cleaning needs, or if items are misused, lost, or stolen. Fees may also be assessed for rule violations such as unauthorized guests or unapproved late check-outs.

- Taxes: GST of 5 percent applies to every stay. On Airbnb it is included in the price. On other booking sites it is shown separately at checkout.
