「We had a comfortable 3 night stay at your River retreat en route to Ohio for the solar eclipse. The weather was unfortunately very cold which restricted our outdoor activities. The cabin was cozy and clean with a very comfortable bed. The only thing missing was a toaster! Thank you.」

「We stayed at the cabin in Nov 2023. And had a wonderful time. What made the trip so memorable was getting recommendations from the owner Amy when she came to the cabin stoking the outside heater that piped in heat to cabin. Cannot over emphasize the need to do research on places to explore while there, because this cabin is in a very rural area. Amy's recommendations on where we should visit meant everything. 「The home is lovely. The road to get to the home is a little survey and the road narrows, just an FYI. Only a few issues. With all of the fireplaces / pits, I assumed there would at least have been a starter package of fire wood. A reminder that there isn't would have been helpful due to the roads to get in and out of the location. Also the gas did not have propane, we had to run out and pay for the propane ourselves.
