「Staff were great across the hotel so I can’t fault that. The outside areas were good and breakfast was also good with a good selection on offer. When we arrived we’d booked a sea view room and the room we had the view was blocked. The hotel moved us the next day into a room that smelt strongly of smoke throughout and we found cigarette ash on the floor in the bathroom. We were then moved but at this point we were on our 3rd room in less than 24 hours. The rooms generally need some attention....

「The hotel itself was pretty, and the buffet was surprisingly excellent. There’s a putt putt course there, but they don’t even turn the lights on at night. So don’t plan on using it after the sunsets. The Mexican restaurant that you have to have a reservation for isn’t really worth the time or effort. The main buffet is beautiful and has tons of options. Very family friendly. We stayed in one of the Casitas, they packed so much furniture in there you can barely move around it. 「Very friendly staff. We stayed all inclusive and the food was great. Rooms basic but we didn’t expect luxury. The rooms are clean and comfortable which is what mattered. Beautiful surroundings right next to the beach. Only criticism is the lift. It’s tiny. Only fits two people and only one of them however even that didn’t spoil our lovely holiday.
