Villa Calangute Phase 5 offers a stunning holiday experience with a private swimming pool, kids pool, elephant shower, private parking, and games room. This is originally a 7BHK villa, two bedroom with en suite bathroom is locked during your stay making it a 5BHK, allowing it to accommodate 10 adults. ☆ This villa is 2 min walk (200 mtrs) to Calangute beach, has AC in the living room, 5 AC bedrooms & 5 en-suite bathrooms with Private Swimming+ Pool Table + Badminton/Basketball court + Carrom board + Little tikes Play house + Elephant shower + Archery. Free WiFi with 50-100+ mbps speed. 2 bedrooms will be locked during your entire stay.
☆ Villa has king-size beds & single beds. ON REQUEST, single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed.
☆ Check in at 1:00 pm and Check out is 10:00 am. Flexibility is based on availability.
☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day.
☆ 24-hour power backup (Inverter + Generator on site).
☆ Parking is compounded for 3 Cars.
☆Big buses and tempo travellers are not permitted to park or enter in our villa.
Panchayat parking is available for an additional fee one kilometre from the villa.

The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional cooks for an extra cost.
Party Room -The new RETRO PARTY ROOM on the top floor is a great space for a private party with its own private bar, a dance floor area, Bluetooth tower speaker, great lighting system, booth seating, wall murals and bespoke lighting. You can book it for INR 7000 per night from 8 pm to 4 am for any one day of your choice. You can get your own DJ and drinks too. This party room is for the exclusive use of the guests staying at the villa.

1. No Pets allowed.
2. No Smoking inside the villa.
3. No Large DJ Speaker will be permitted at the villas.
4. STRICTLY NO MUSIC (low/loud) and No Fireworks are allowed outdoors after 9pm. High Court Order. Violators can be charged an INR 1,00,000 fine or asked to leave the premises or imprisonment, or a license revocation. Play music Softly/Sensibly outdoor between 9 am to 9 pm below 55db.
5. NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT GOVT PERMISSION -- Wedding functions, anniversaries, DJ, event’s organizers, large speakers, etc. as special govt permission is required. Call to inquire.
6. The management accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage of personal items or valuables. Kindly ensure safekeeping of your belongings and put valuable items in the digital locker provided.
7. No large/mini buses or Tempo Traveler are allowed to enter/park at our villas.
8. Damages must be paid to the Manager on site who is responsible for the villa inventory.
9. Swimming Pool accessible ONLY between 8 am to 8 pm.
10. Lastly, because this is an VRBO community not a hotel, and is also my holiday home, please be respectful of the property and treat it as your own home.
