「Very sad to say room service was very poor and not up to the mark. 」

「Breakfast was good and the staff were really helpful!」

「Do not be fooled by the amazing pictures and very grand entrance. After that, it is at best a 3 star hotel. The site has been over developed, so there is a pool, but nowhere really to relax other than your room. The room was clean and modern and nice. The view was just tops of buildings. We had booked a package that included upgrade, beers, dinner, snacks, On arrival, the check in person just wanted to upgrade us to another room, until I pointed out an upgrade was included in the package....

「Nice」

「Poor customer service it’s not spacious room no storage」

「Lovely new hotel and wonderful staff」

「Great place to stay the staff are excellent the infinity pool is great we had a wonderful five nights there 」

「Great」

「The staff and management were very welcoming, always asking I’m ok and need anything. 2 minutes to the beach and shops. Clean pool. Food amazing, big breakfast. Highly recommend. 」

「There was one beach nearby the hotel by walking. The staff was very kind and friendly. I want to use again when I go to GOA next. Sometimes all lights were stopped called 'TEIDEN', but it was repaired soon because it seems that the hotel had enough backup energy.」

「Wonderful staff, delicious food and stunning views 」
