「Overall a good house. Functional, great ocean and beach views. I wouldn't say it's luxurious, but gets the job done for a great beach vacation. Good value. However, the stairs are bonkers. Very high risers, shallow treads, little nosing. This is coming from a very fit 40 something guy. If you are considering vacationing with people with limited mobility, maybe look elsewhere.
