The Staff:
We had some trouble finding out when we would arrive. The Villa Anna staff kept in touch with us, helped us to do a check in outside of hours, arranged an early check in for us, and were really helpful.
As important, we took an Uber into Brindisi and then couldn't get an Uber back that evening. Despite it being 5 minutes before closing for the desk, the Villa Anna staff arranged for a taxi to come get us (and it was less than the Uber). We would have...
「We only had 1 night, which is a shame because we would have loved to stay longer.
Check in was at the Hotel Oriental close by. The receptionist was helpful and gave us recommendations for restaurants and places to visit.
Suite was large with excellent modern facilities and massive comfortable bed. Immaculately clean. Breakfast was delivered to the room - the cappuccino was good!

「We stayed at a room on the top floor. The family room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Wifi worked well. The location was excellent - less than 10 minutes walk from the train station; centre of the town.」
