"We had a lovely stay at Grupotel Club Cala Marsal. The hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Pilar in the restaurant for her kindness and excellent service, and to the reception team especially Rayssa for making us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Regarding the parking issues mentioned by other guests, I personally didn’t find this to be a problem. The hotel has plenty of parking spaces available around the property. It is simply on a first-come, first-served basis, which is understandable considering the hotel has around 350 rooms or more. It would be unrealistic to expect the hotel to guarantee a dedicated parking space for every guest We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!"

"The only complaint I have is the elevator doesn’t take people going up only going down oh and the water wasn’t as blue as I expected it to be. "It was an amazing stay—we really enjoyed it! The staff were super nice and friendly from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The room was beautiful and extremely clean! They cleaned it twice a day, and every night they would ask if we wanted fresh towels. Breakfast had a great variety of options, and all the staff were incredibly welcoming. They always greeted us with a smile and were happy to help with anything we needed. We also had dinner at one of the hotel’s restaurants, Salivent, and the food was amazing! The hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sea views. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here!"
