「The photos of this small apartment in the pretty bay of Cala Morell are very flattering and far from reality. The paint on the floor is crumbling from damp, there's an awful smell of cat urine, wires are sticking out of the electricity meter, every other light bulb is out of order, the shower curtain is moldy, the garden furniture is almost non-existent and in a sorry state, and the paint on the table is crumbling .... In short, the apartment could be attractive if it were better maintained, but...

「The property is very walkable and quiet. There are paths that lead to the overlook with beautiful views of the sea and wildlife. The property is a working farm with 1,000 olive trees. The structures are beautifully remodeled with only a small number of individual units spread throughout the main building and casitas. 「空港からタクシーで15分程度と近いです。ホテルのゲートから建物までの間にワイン畑が広がり、素晴らしい景色です。 従業員の方々のサービス精神は非常に高く、とても安心感があり最高でした。観光の相談やタクシーの手配など、とても手際よくやってくださいます。 部屋（シービュー）からの眺めは、大自然が満喫出来て、且つとっても静かで非常に落ち着きます。朝は小鳥のさえずりと共に目覚めます。バルコニーで太陽の光を浴びながら飲んだワインが忘れられません。 レストランで朝食、ランチ、夕食としましたが、どの料理もとてもおいしかったですし、従業員の接客がとてもよかったです。 ホテル内にはプールやジム、スパもあり、雰囲気も非常に洗練されたものでした。プールサイドから眺める景色も素晴らしいです。 マホンへは車で20分（20ユーロくらい）、メノルカまでは45分（50ユーロくらい）くらいだったと思います。タクシーを利用しました。レンタカーがあれば行動範囲もより広がって良いかと思います。 総じて、最高のホテルです！お勧めです。」
