The property was amazingly situated with a backdrop of the Giza pyramids. The staff were friendly and polite trying to achieve every request. The room was very clean but is tired in its decor. The area of Giza is raw and requires one’s wits to get around. I would recommend this hotel but with caution of the area.

We spent a couple of days at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The view from the rooftop is absolutely stunning—nothing can beat having breakfast with a view of the pyramids. We would like to thank all the staff who took such great care of us during our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of different food to choose from. The rooms were cleaned every day and kept in great condition. We would also like to give special thanks to our driver, who drove us a couple of times. We’re sorry we forgot your name—we were staying in room 406, and you drove us to the airport on Friday night, April 4th. You are a great driver and a wonderful person, and we truly appreciate you. Was confused while reading the feedbacks about hotels around the pyramids, but made a good choice after all. The location is right in front of the pyramids; you can see the ticket box from the rooftop. The room was clean, and breakfast was also good. Staff was extremely helpful, and they facilitated my stay in Cairo so much.

The location, right opposite to the ticket office for the pyramid complex, was great. The view of the sphinx and the pyramids was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The inclusive breakfast was not so good, and the food generally could be better. I paid more than I thought I should be paying but that may be an issue more with Hotel.Com than the hotel.
