The hotel is in an excellent location if the pyramids are on the agenda with GREAT morning and evening views. The staff, especially Salma, are wonderful always at our service. The premises are a little rough around the edges, but I would definitely stay again.

Dinner on the restaurant rooftop was amazing. Sunset views were fantastic and the weight staff were awesome. There is a huge construction project to the building next-door and unfortunately, they kept working well into the night which disturbed sleep quite a bit, but that is not really the hotel’s fault. The back breakfast was mediocre and more care and attention could be given to the cleanliness of the common areas as well as the room. Excellent location and right next to the ticket office, which is extremely helpful. Lots of barking dogs at night and of course traffic beeping but again that is not the fault of the hotel but it will disturb sleep. Overall, we enjoyed the experience, but the hotel could be a bit better with more attention to cleanliness.

Location is simply unbeatable, with the hotel entrance right in front of the ticket office for the Pyramids. The views are absolutely breathtaking, both from the terrace and from the rooms overlooking the Pyramids. Waking up to such a view is an experience in itself! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with particularly comfortable beds. However, what truly makes this place exceptional is its people. The hospitality and kindness of every single member of staff made our stay unforgettable. A special thank you to Iman and Salma at reception, Amira from housekeeping, Mohammed from the breakfast team, the Dr Shisha, and Mustafa, Ahmed and Ali from the restaurant team. Wish we had had enough time to get everyone's names because they all deserve recognition. They went above and beyond to make my mum’s birthday trip unforgettable. Their genuine care and attention made us feel so welcome that we really didn’t want to leave. I must also mention the lovely cats around the terrace! They added an extra touch of charm to an already magical experience. The funny thing is that we initially came to explore Egypt, but now, if we return to discover more of this beautiful country, we would happily come back just to stay at this hotel again! I have stayed in many hotels, but this one has genuinely stolen my heart. The views may bring you here, but the people will make you want to stay. Thank you for giving us memories we will cherish forever. ❤️

The localization is ideal a few meters from one of the entrance on the Giza site. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. There is a lot of noise, but it would be the same thing in any place that is in Giza or the city center of Cairo. The food of the breakfast could be improved with more qualitative options.
