A timeless retreat
Staying at Houseboat 65 has undoubtedly been the highlight of my time here in Cairo. The place exudes a nostalgic charm reminiscent of a '60s novel, seamlessly blending vintage and modern decor that transports you into the pages of an Agatha Christie story.
Its central location in Zamalek and Cairo facilitated easy exploration of the city, and the discreet entrance heightened the sense of entering a personal sanctuary amidst the bustling streets of Cairo.
A special mention goes to the kind elderly man who warmly welcomed us, assisting with various small tasks throughout the day.
I wholeheartedly recommend Houseboat 65—an extraordinary experience that will likely stay etched in my memory forever.
