「From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The hotel atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Our room was spotless and the rooftop has one of the best pyramid views. Reception also helped us arrange transportation and excursions around Cairo.」

「Where do I even begin. After 12 hours of traveling my partner and I arrived at this hotel and immediately felt uncomfortable due to the camel & horse droppings smell but we figured it’s a part of the experience. We did our booking on Expedia so upon arrival I gave them our itinerary number and information to confirm that we had a booking and this is where things get..uncomfortable. The man at the front desk says to us that since we booked on Expedia and they “no longer work with Expedia”...
