「Beautiful property」

「We came to Tallahassee for a graduation. 5 adults stayed at the property. It was exceptionally clean and cozy and the host did an excellent job with communication. The pool and the fitness center were a huge bonus. Such a great place - I would recommend without hesitation!」

「I brought my son to FSU to check out the campus before committing. This was a great place to stay. It was tucked away and quiet, clean, comfy beds, and everything we needed. We could drive to campus in less than five minutes and it was a straight shot back and forth for easy navigating. Communication was great and we will be back! Loved this place!」

「Huge condo! Great space! My daughter graduated with an MBA from FSU this past Friday and we wanted to stay in a bigger space than a hotel room. This condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a huge kitchen and living room. The only drawback is finding out where the front door was -- the listing did not say that the condo is on the 2nd floor, the parking space is behind the next door restaurant's back porch and the front door is on the street side in-between the restaurant front door and the...

「Make sure you bring some type of streaming stick if you want to watch tv in the main room. We checked-in on Thanksgiving and there was no way to watch football. Luckily, we were able to get a Roku from the Walgreens that was open on the holiday. The place was clean, but the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Overall, we had a good time and would stay there again.」

「Beautiful condo, and surprisingly quiet despite the partying graduate university students in the area since it was university housing. It was very clean, nice furniture and well stocked on the inside, but we did find a large dead roach in the bedroom we slept in, which is the only reason I gave four stars instead of five. It's possible that they recently sprayed for them and that's why it was there, but I hopefully next time the cleaning crew will double check the property before a guest stay.」

「It is a hotel. The hotel did not have our exact room available. They put us in two separate rooms but we only had to pay for one. The host was excellent with communication. The property has a great outdoor seating area behind it. It was really difficult to beat for the price.」

「Parking for 3 vehicles off street was a plus. The bedrooms were large with plenty of sleeping areas. It was great having so many bathrooms available for us all to get ready at the same time. Backyard fenced in to provide privacy from the neighbors. Could have been a little cleaner, garbage under bed from previous tenant (water bottle and receipt) and sticky spill (small) that was not cleaned from last tenant. Other than that, great stay! 「With its comfortable beds and central location, This rental seems to be an ideal place for a bunch of twenty-somethings to crash after a day/night of activity. It was not as comfortable for a family group of three generations that would like to cook in, sometimes, and live like home when not on the go.
