You’ll sleep easy in a generous king-sized bed. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans keep things comfortable, while crisp white linens encourage a good night’s sleep. Watch TV or work remotely from the dedicated workspace. The neat bathroom comes with a shower, toilet and mirrored basin, while guests will also have access to a private washing machine.

Plus, it’s easy to get to famous sites like Cape Tribulation and the Daintree. Enjoy breakfast at Caffiend or The Chambers, lunch at Greenfields and dinner at Salt House with its beautiful waterfront views. Don’t miss Cairns institution Rusty’s Markets (Friday-Sunday) to sample the region’s exotic fresh fruit, vegetables, breads, dairy and seafood from more than 180 stalls. The market also has a host of international food stalls, specialty products, clothing and gifts.
