「Il personale in particolare quello del bar prima di accedere alle piscine stamattina siamo andati a prendere un caffè non solo non hanno salutato quando siamo entrati ma non hanno risposto neanche al nostro buongiorno. Ci hanno servito caffe e hanno continuando a stare con la testa nel cellulare come se noi non esistessimo. Due ragazze xhe per quanto riguarda l'ospitalità e l educazione ne sanno ben poco.In portineria un po meglio ma anxhe lasciano desiderare. Io e mio marito ...

Peccato che Hotels.com non l’abbia informata della prenotazione e pertanto, al nostro arrivo, le stanze non erano pronte ed abbiamo perso un’ora attendendole. Nonostante questo, si è attivata subito. Inoltre l’indirizzo di Hotels.com era sbagliato, se non fosse per questi disagi sarebbe stato tutto perfetto. Posto veramente fantastico immerso nel verde, anche se con una strada difficile per raggiungerlo. 」
