"Great little hotel right on the waterfront with direct beach access and a private patio for guests to use. Pool and playground were appreciated as alternatives to beach and ocean. Walking to breakfast two hotels away was not inconvenient. "This was an amazing property right on the beach. On a beautiful beach, the morning breakfast buffet was amazing, as was the dinner buffet. We basically parked our car and left it for three days while we stayed there. There was no need to drive anywhere. All the restaurants, bars, and beach outlets were all very, very close. Felt very safe for the kids to wander around and do their own thing. The rooms were very nice too. The staff were friendly. For us, it was three days of just amazing beach time. And the area is beautiful."

"Really nice property with really nice rooms in a good central location. The spa was really nice, and the Levels area was excellent. Really easy to get to and from the airport. In the old part of Palma and all the activities and shopping around there, great restaurants too. The only downside was when they kicked all the fans watching soccer out at halftime because security wanted to close the bar area, which was really a restaurant, not a bar."

"We truly enjoyed our stay at Gran Hotel Soller. Something that stood out, was how helpful and friendly the front desk staff were. We stayed at many hotels in Mallorca and this hotels staff stood out in the best way. They were always going above and beyond, with a huge smile on their faces. It made us feel welcomed and really added to our stay."

"The overall experience was good. We liked the pool bar and the free entrance to the spa - although the spa could use some extra love and care. The breakfast was diverse and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location close to the airport, the public beach and lots of restaurants nearby. One issue was that there were not enough sunbeds and people reserved them by placing towels and leaving them unattended for hours. Sure one could tell the staff about the issue and they would remove the towels but we feel too conflict-avoidant to ask for that. The overall cleaning in the spa and pool area could be improved. Especially in the spa you could find hair on the floor and in the sauna. We also found a few ants crawling on the floor of the room despite our room being on the second floor. It was a good stay for most parts but not great value for the money that we paid."

"This is one of Hoposa's many premium hotels but it feels like a budget friendly version of it. It's newly opened and decent but for the cost I would have expected more. The rooms while small were ok, as the beds and pillows were excellent. The breakfast was ok, but had to ask for things to be replenished a few times as it's not that well monitored. It's a great location to the beach, but a fair 20mins from the main port area. One massive thing that could be done to improve this hotel and make it feel a bit more special is putting up some privacy around the pool and outdoor lounge area at the front. Because it is between 2 roads it's not inviting - whereas some tall trees or a tall fence would add a feeling of privacy that would have made us use the pool or front chairs and tables by the cafe bar far more often."

"The resort was stunning. The pool and beach were very nice. The staff for the breakfast buffet were excellent. The bar service was poor at best. Front deck gets an F- And while we appreciate the open air concept there is a lack of air condictioning in rooms."
